At MOSH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a secure mailing bag.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
